We will be using an online webpage to schedule Parent Teacher conferences. To schedule your child’s conference please do the following:
- Type www.signupgenius.com on your internet browser
- Click on the Search (magnify glass) button located on the top right hand corner of the home page
- On the left hand side of the page labeled “Search For A Sign Up by sign up creator’s email” type [email protected] (Mr. Domingo’s email address) in the space above the Search button
- Enter the random text provided and hit SEARCH
Appointment requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Conferences are 15 minutes. We also request that you arrive on time and sign up with 24 hours advanced notice. You may also request a phone conference by indicating on the comment section “phone conference requested, please call me at (enter your phone number),” when you register for a conference.
For middle school parents only, we would like you to meet with all your student's teachers, but since there is limited number of conferences available for the day, please make it a priority to meet with those teachers in whose classes they are need of most help. Parents are asked to not schedule more than two conferences. You are encouraged to bring your student with you so you can discuss your student's progress.
Once again, please be sure to submit your request no later than 24 hours before the conference. Teachers would like the opportunity to prepare for your visit and make the best use of your time.
