Student Corner
We, the dedicated members of the SAS Student Council, will commit ourselves to form a more united student body in the following ways:
- Promote God’s love in our community
- Be school leaders who promote unity, fairness, equality, and respect
- Build Tiger Spirit and pride in our community
- Create an academic environment where student feels comfortable and safe
Through this, we will pave a positive future for our school and voice our ideas by putting them into action.

Mismatch Day (9/20)
Mismatched Day. Dress up in wild colors, mismatched shoes, different colored socks or different patterns (for example, stripes with polka dots, colors that clash, etc.)
October:
Music Day (10/11)
Red Ribbon Week (10/22- 26)
Monday- “Hairs to Drug Free Life” Make your hair crazy to show you’re drug free
Tuesday- “Hats off to Being Drug Free” Wear a hat with your school uniform
Wednesday- “Wear Red Day” RED free dress (Parade around old town Pasadena @1 P.M.
Thursday- “Sock it to Drugs” Wear crazy socks with your school uniform
Friday- “Follow Your Dreams! Don’t Do Drugs” Wear sweatpants with your school uniform top
November:
St. Vincent de Paul Food Drive
Whiteout/Blackout Day (11/15)
Students wear all black or all white.
December:
Sparks of Love Toy Drive
Ugly Sweeter Day (12/13)

Students may show their love by wearing clothing with hearts and/or Red Clothing for Valentines Day

Come dressed as your favorite superhero or villain.

Homeroom Wars (5/9)
Classrooms choose their own themes for this spirit day. The Classroom with the most original idea and most participation wins!
