The Cyber Crime Prevention Symposium provides a unique opportunity for students, parents, and educators to learn about the dangers of the Internet and how to stay safe online. A coalition of law enforcement agencies, child advocacy groups, and private entities participated in the symposium. The event provides a comprehensive overview of the many relevant topics relating to Cyber Crime with workshops and panel discussions on topics that included child exploitation, computer forensics, cyber bullying, “digital reputation,” smart phone safety, and piracy.
